I am a Mixed-Media artist, art teacher and art guide based in Longmont, Colorado. I help people connect with their creativity and guide them to turn down the volume of their inner critic voice to create freely and confidently. I offer both online and in-person art and meditation workshops. My intention is to offer you a sanctuary, a sacred container to deepen your relationship with your true spirit as you nurture and celebrate your unique soul voice through art. The workshops are a place to practice the principles of listening, releasing, allowing and offering your unique expression while developing your intuitive and individual process of creating. The cathartic experience of art making is not for only a select few with special talents. The process of play and presence through creativity brings expansion and freedom to every creative seeking soul.
